Saarthi is a service design concept that aims to make temple visits more comfortable and accessible for senior citizens. By addressing the physical and experiential challenges they encounter, the project explores how thoughtful service interventions can help older visitors navigate temple environments with greater ease, dignity, and independence.

Saarthi is a service design project that explores how temple visits can become more accessible, comfortable, and dignified for senior citizens. While temples hold deep personal and cultural significance, challenges such as long queues, crowded spaces, and limited assistance can make visits difficult for older people. The project examines how thoughtful service interventions can improve the overall temple experience, helping senior citizens navigate their visits with greater ease, independence, and confidence. By looking beyond physical accessibility to consider the entire visitor journey, Saarthi envisions a more inclusive and supportive experience for everyone.
