Enrol-Me explores how extracurricular activity providers can simplify the way they manage admissions, communicate with parents, and handle fee collection. Through business design research, the project examined the challenges within the activity-class ecosystem and explored opportunities to create a more seamless experience for providers and learners.
Enrol-Me was a business design remodelling project undertaken for Tracksoft, focused on rethinking the overall service experience of its extracurricular activity management platform.
The project went beyond redesigning the application interface to examine how the service functioned as a whole, including the relationships between activity providers, parents, students, and the systems that supported admissions, enrolment, communication, and fee collection.
The objective was to identify friction across the existing service and explore opportunities to create a more seamless, efficient, and cohesive experience for everyone involved.
